Replication to all domains

Replicate to all domains via command prompt:
repadmin /syncall /AePD

Quickly replicate to Azure AD via Azure ADConnect using PowerShell from Azure AD Connect server (if you have hybrid mode)
Start-ADSyncSyncCycle
