This document explains how to clear the cache and cookies on Android phones and tablets using Jellybean.

Launch your Browser, usually Chrome.
Open the Menu and select Settings.

Select Privacy.

Select Clear Browsing Data.

Check Clear the cache and Clear cookies, site data, and then choose Clear.
