Hi Finance Colleagues,

We will be applying the latest Microsoft service pack and hotfix releases on ERP Great Plains server this Friday. The update will commence on Friday 17 December at 10pm AST.  The estimated maintenance window will be 2 hours.  During this maintenance phase, all Great Plain application services will be OFFLINE both on Production Site as well as DR Site.

Please note that this downtime affects ONLY to the Finance users who currently have access to the GP system.
